Ordering
- To inquire regarding a purchase of an image or photo art cards you may contact us via email to jrmacimages “AT” jrmaconline.com or by calling: (731) 736-0083 (Jackson, TN). You may also use the Contact Us form.
- All Photographs and Illusions are printed to order; some stock of photo art cards are on hand depending on shows and gallery requests. Once an order is placed, please allow up to 2 weeks for printing and then delivery.
- Not all images are printed in all sizes and on all papers. Image sizes range from small intimate prints of 3x5 or 4x4 or up to large format prints of 13x19.
- Please provide the name of the image(s) you are inquiring about and your contact information. We will contact you with the sizes available for that image, what type of paper it is printed on and the prices.
- All images are unmatted and unframed, and depending on the size are shipped in a flat photo mailing envelope or rolled in a tube. Preferred shipping method is USPS Priority Mail, with delivery tracking, signature confirmation and insurance.
- Shipping charges are included in the price of the image.
- A handling charge of $5.00 per package will be invoiced.
- If an expedited shipment is requested, we will use Federal Express, however the actual shipping charges will be invoiced to the customer.
- If the image you wish to purchase is available matted and framed we will also provide you with that price, along with a digital photo and description of the framed image so that you may view the complete package.
- Shipping charges are included in the price of the image.
- Handling charges start at $10.00 per package. Depending on the package size, either USPS or Federal Express will be used. All shipments will require signature confirmations and insurance.
- Expedited shipments will be at the customer's expense and invoiced to the customer.
- Most images on the website can be made into Photo Art Cards. At the artist's discretion, depending on the image, jr will decide if the image can be made into a note card or a larger greeting card and papers stock used. Please feel free to inquire about the availability of images for cards.
- Cards are shipped USPS Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation, starting at $4.05 (up to 1 pound) per shipment. (Multiples of cards can fit into mailing envelopes.)
- There is no handling charge on cards.

- 1 free hour of consultation is provided with each order.
- Once a proof is provided and the order is accepted, a 50% deposit is required before proceeding with the order.
- Delivery date will be established at that time.
- Photo Art cards are sold to interested retailers, please contact us for further information and prices.
- There is a minimum 1 dozen card order for all wholesale orders.
- We accept personal and retailer’s business account checks, money orders and cashier checks. NOTE: All checks will be processed and cleared by the banks involved before your purchase can be shipped. This may take a few days.
